From the first phone call to schedule an appointment, to being called because they had a cancellation / room for me, to the warm and welcoming personalities of all the staff, to the modern technology and techniques, to the thorough explanations of all procedures and options - my visit was very pleasant and professional and not scary or painful. I was really glad that Hardwick Dental Group was taking new patients because I live right in Hardwick. They were able to fit me into an appointment without too long of a wait.
