I purchased cabinet hinges and knobs for an antique piece and even brought in the door to the cabinet so the expert that works here could show me the options that I have that would work for this unique buffet. He showed me my options and I paid for what he told me would work which amounted to $100 for 3 cabinets. In getting those pieces they do not fit when actually installed. Excellent service.
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered blue pulls four weeks ago. Was told by the owner I should have them in two and a half to three weeks. I am having company tomorrow and my cabinet does not have any pulls. When I called the owner keeps mentioning my red pulls they were BLUE. He didn't know if they were coming in on FedEx or UPS and in this day and age of tracking packages I wonder if they're coming Pony Express.
