Really nice store and cheaper wood
TLDR: good for exotic woods and hardwoods (hard to find in Alaska), but lacking in customer service, transparent pricing, and services. For starters, the prices listed on the wall are not what you pay. Additionally, the wood is an unorganized mess, with different thicknesses, lengths, and widths between boards being huge in variation. Another thing, don’t want to try to tied down 13’ boards? What a great store! We’ve been here several times looking for hard to find or unusual wood and have not been disappointed. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. We’ll be back…again and again.
