If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to return something I had purchased the day before for $5. The clerk, Vida was her name, ended up charging me more than $180. She was incapable of correcting this, so called her manager, and her name was Marlene (the manager). When I mentioned to the manager that I was in a rush and had to get back to work, she became very hostile and practically yelled, saying that she could take my phone number and we could just take care of it later. Had a bad experience at hardware hawaii. Went for a 3 gallon bucket, cashier couldnt find sku, she asked author furuta the paint guy since it was his department he saw me standing there and told her don't ask him wont know. She went and looked with another associate went to look, no luck.. They had a lumber yard associate look, and he found it on the bungee cord.
