Called because they were a distributor for a product I wanted. Malcom answered and was going to find out availbility and get back to me. 4 days later no contact. I called him and he said "yeah" ................ I said did you find out any info....... silence....... I said Hello, and he said I'm looking up availability now, I ask a question if this product was networked, and ..................Silence... then began reading to me.........SMH I hung up! Amazing!
