I was trying to buy some high end door hardware for a customer that was very difficult to find. I called 3 other places that didn’t bother to help but Chris and Josh at Hardware Concepts took great care to get me the parts I needed.
I visited Hardware Concepts many times when researching door knobs for my home. Each visit was pleasant, and every interaction was friendly and professional. They know the ins and outs of hardware, and to have a showroom nearby with quality hardware is beyond valuable and not at all comparable to big box hardware. Stop in sometime and have a look. The showroom is beautiful, and you won't be disappointed.
