I broke the cylinder on a 25 year old deadbolt for my front door (over tightened). The lock had no identifying manufacturer (even on the underside). Google image searches failed -- and the cylinder was a custom part for thicker doors. THANKFULLY, the folks at Hardware by Design we able to search and find what looked like a match. They contacted the manufacturer for me and asked them to send a new cylinder. Thanks to Ashley Norton for the new cylinder. Really appreciate all of the help! GREAT customer service.
Worked with Yury in Sales who was a wonderful help to select some credenza door handles. We selected handles from Dartefax, who matched the finish of the accompanying mirror - wonderful over experience, thanks Yury
Waited for 10 minutes while salesperson finished a phone call, we were never acknowledged. Once off the call, never said a word to us, continued to work at his computer. So happy that he has so much business that he can ignore a customer who was ready to buy a $500 plus entry door lock system. Try to buy local, but will go online now.
