10 stars if I could! Jake is a great coach and better person, he genuinely cares about your fitness goals and adjusts workouts to ensure that you finish but push yourself to become stronger. Classes are fun and are mixed up enough to where you don't get bored. Ditch the normal gym routine and sign up with Jake to change it up!

This is the most unique and talented gym in all of Corpus Christi. You will not find another place like this. Hector and Jake will teach you invaluable lesson of strength, conditioning and well-being. You will reach any goal you set for yourself in a safe and responsible manner. More importantly, you will learn principles of proper movement and develope a deep understanding of how the body works. This is more than a gym, its a family of health and fitness, an absolute must try!
