We visited to explore stone options for our landscaping project. Unfortunately, the boss was unavailable, and we had to deal with an unhelpful and disinterested office staff member who seemed annoyed by our presence and couldn't answer any of our questions. Despite this, the lift operator was knowledgeable and helpful, which somewhat salvaged our experience. I recommend visiting when the boss is present to avoid dealing with unprofessional staff.
I used to be a lead at "Black Burn Basement Repair" and would buy 3/4 pink rock by the ton. They have always been profession and provided good customer service. The operators are very skilled, quick, and are just all around good workers. They have never damaged any of the trailers, there are two other locations in town. But the extra drive is worth the amazing service and I recommend them to everyone
Staff was amazing! It was my 1st time picking up rock from this location but everyone was very helpful!
