I had every intention of using Tom for our small home project. He was quick to schedule a time to come out for a bid, very personable, seemed very interested. He told me I would have a bid in 2-3 days. I never heard back from him. I contacted him after a week to see if he was still working on bid and I even asked him if he was not interested. Crickets….no response….no way to run a business.
