Absolutely horrible experience. Do not recommend. Ordered truses for a large project. About 80% of the trusses were grossly wrong. Project was held up for weeks for “people” to come out and “fix” this took weeks. The workers showed up with zero NO tools no ladder nothing. Not sure how the trusses would be fixed like this. The workers had to take several days to come back with tools to perform their job. This entire process has been exhausting and frustrating. DO NOT use Hardpine!
