A job well done. I feel hardamens is a excellent reflection of helena and west helena and they employ people that truly enjoy serving others. I pray this company continues to serve this community for the next 100 years. I've included before and after photos of my windows 🪟.
The company delivered an excellent product. However, when it comes to communication and keeping the customer informed throughout the process as it relates delivery, payment and completion they dropped the ball several times. When I came in I made a 33.33% deposit. I was told my order would go in on the following Monday and in two weeks my windows would arrive to the shop and then on the first Monday with good weather they would call me and schedule an appointment.
