At Hardline Krav Maga, we include the following interrelated components of training: Awareness and avoidance, Self-defense, Hand-to-hand combat & Armed self-defense. We also provide strength and conditioning that will enable one to physically stay in the fight!

This class has been a game changer for me. From the first day I stepped in, I was greeted with love and respect by everyone. The class is intense but I go at my own pace. The knowledge that the coaches have is outstanding. They teach you real life scenarios and how to defend yourself. I never want to leave. Thank you for this amazing experience.
