If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This firm has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever dealt with. My case worker, Emely Medina, and my attorney, Rick Scott, have been consistently unavailable and completely unresponsive. I’ve called repeatedly, left messages, and gotten little to no follow-up.
