Hannah and Dale lack integrity. They didn’t want us to have a home inspection and said we weren’t allow to see our house before buying but I did anyways. New homes that have been selling for 32 years, finally sold out..
Run. Do not build with Hardins Landing by West Homes use any one else. On our final walk through, 1.5 years after we signed the contract on the home, we noticed that our kitchen cabinets were two different colors and two different types of cabinets. Hannah Goethel told us that because we are walking in with equity that they would release us from our contract before they would lift a finger to fix the kitchen cabinets and we had to accept it as is.
