This is a terrible company. Did not communicate with me on repairs. Work was poor to say the least. Colors did not match. Cracks showed up from just the ride home. Not one thing I paid for was done right. Was a nice guy but his work is poor. Gouges and scratches in work area. Finish fiberglass work was rough. He did some upholstery work and now I have staples coming through material. I can't believe that I payed for this.
I worked there and although I didn't always agree with management, I can attest to quality work being turned out of the shop day in and day out
So many issues. 1. He wanted money upfront. He wanted far more than enough for supplies, parts, and get started and he wanted cash. He would not give me copy of work order/estimate- our agreed upon work, costs, and completion date. I know, I should have walked away. My rationalization was that he had boat, already started, he had decent reviews, and he talks a "good game." 2. Agreed to project completion by the end of May.
