As an electrician of 20 years I’ve never experienced service so excellent! The Lady serving on the counter was really helpful and extremely polite. Was quite obvious her priorities were with the customers needs and couldn’t do enough for me. The young lad who looks like the manager was also helpful and gave me good discount. Much better quality than screwfix and much cheaper than City Electrical Factors. Exeter’s best electrical wholesaler!

Was quite obvious she would rather sit in her comfy chair than be of assistance to customers. Went to City Electrical Factors instead over the road who couldn’t do enough for me.
