Very disappointed to have recently departed this clinic due to rude receptionists and overzealous application of missed appointments policy (on a day that all of Melbourne was in gridlock due to train and road failures). My regular GP was very kind but their contractor GPs only care about money. I have paid the invoice but am taking my business elsewhere.
Everyone was super friendly and forward. Receptionists are particularly kind - not sure what those negative reviews are on about if I'm honest. Nice interior! Surprisingly efficient also. Will be coming back regularly :)
My husband and I been a patients of this clinic since 1988, our usual doctors are Dr Éagle& Dr Nicholas. I cannot speak highly enough about these two doctors. They are both professionals, caring and always willing to listen& explain thoroughly& easy to talk to. Dr Eagle is beyond phenomenal! Julie and Marie at reception are so helpful to patients over the phone and in the clinic. This provides are welcoming environment and a sincere care towards all patients.
