I've been going here for a couple of years and the doctors are genuinely amazing. So thorough, empathetic, mental health informed, and they genuinely take the time to create understanding of your medical needs/options. Genuinely the best GP experience (in terms of the actual drs) I've had in my whole life. However, there has consistently been an issue with the admin staff. Lovely receptionist staff here, particularly Juliet and Marie! and very good doctors.
Have no idea why so many people recommend this clinic! Doctor took skin swabs and decided not to send them out for no particular reason. So I’m left with no answer to what the massive blistered rash on my child was??!! Took the swabs on Friday. I’ve called them on Monday and was told that the answers will be by Wednesday. No one reached out to me so I called on Wednesday just to hear that the doctor didn’t send out any swabs at all at all ???!! Please don't go there. I went to do a pathology test for an important doctor appointment 2 weeks after. 1 day before my doctor's appointment, the pathology doctor calls me and tells me that they have a problem with the sample, she doesn't seem to know why or at least care a minimum. "Maybe they didn't take enough blood....". When I tell her it was important for my next appointment, she just sends me to another clinic that in the end is closed, just because she finishes at 1pm and it's 1:02pm. Came to have my blood test done around 10 am waited to see a doctor 40 minutes just to hear that I have to print my form and the printer didn’t work at their place so I had to go to see different medical place for my blood test. moreover, I had to fast for this blood test Which makes more annoying. Very disrespectful and snobby. Do not suggest the pathologist
