Please don't go there. I went to do a pathology test for an important doctor appointment 2 weeks after. 1 day before my doctor's appointment, the pathology doctor calls me and tells me that they have a problem with the sample, she doesn't seem to know why or at least care a minimum. "Maybe they didn't take enough blood....". When I tell her it was important for my next appointment, she just sends me to another clinic that in the end is closed, just because she finishes at 1pm and it's 1:02pm. Came to have my blood test done around 10 am waited to see a doctor 40 minutes just to hear that I have to print my form and the printer didn’t work at their place so I had to go to see different medical place for my blood test. moreover, I had to fast for this blood test Which makes more annoying. Very disrespectful and snobby. Do not suggest the pathologist
Edit: Doctor Freeman was great, she listened and didn’t dismiss my concerns. I maintain my previous comment about the admin team. They noted this review on my file and when I had to return to see Doctor Freeman to get test results I was pulled into a room with the office manager to discuss why I’d left the review, like I was a naughty child at school. I’ve been going to Harding Street Medical Centre for over eight years. When I first moved to Coburg, I researched online and went to almost every medical centre in the area. Harding Street stood out. It was the only one I wanted to go back to. In my experience (as a person who’s attended the place at least a once a month for years), the doctors, nurses and other staff I’ve interacted with there have consistently provided highly professional, thoughtful and respectful care and support. Reception staff are rude, not private (announce personal details loudly in front of others), wait times for appts incredibly long, Telehealth calls are charged even if they call long after your appointment time and you miss the call. Why is it so hard to get good primary care.
