Worse trailer park around. Moved here 30 years ago lot rent was $85.00 plus $5.00 for water. New owners bought it lit rent as of now is $300.00 per month plus you pay for water based on total park usage divided by number of rented lots. So now I’m 92 and live by myself and pay as much for water as a family of 5 or 6. These people who own the park live in California so assume they live on the beach in a 4 or 5,000 sq Ft home and run with the rich and famous.
