Contacted this store as ai was having issues with my never used brand new Napolean Freestyle 425.( bought on Amazon). The 2 gentlemen I spoke with were very helpful and referred me to another source.Their assistance was much appreciated considering I am not a customer. Very impressed.

1 star is too much. We are building a new home and Hardings came to rough in the A/C lines. They ran them out the wrong side of the house and drilled through the brick. They said they would come back and fix it but just ran the line to the other side did not fix the hole. I had to repair the damage myself so that the insulation could go forward as scheduled. Do not trust Frank or Glen.
