I am writing to provide some feedback on the purchase and installation of our new HVAC system that was completed on Friday of last week. From start to finish we were both impressed and pleased with our dealings with the staff on Team Harding. Brian Chartier was knowledgeable, patient with all our questions and very helpful with his suggestions. He was very dedicated to understanding and providing us with a system that fully met our needs. We would like to thank Harding's technician Scott who so ably repaired and provided maintenance required for our gas stove and insert. He was wonderful to answer our myriad of questions with both professionalism and humour.
We hired Harding to come clean and tune up our furnace and fireplace . After the service was done we noticed our HVAC was not working , eventually we found that the unit had been unplugged ,then not plugged back in , but that was the least of our problems , a few weeks later the weather got very warm and we put our air conditioner on and it was not working , we called another company that was close and available that day , when they inspected the inside unit they found a disconnected wire , the unit had been working fine unt... read more
