Horrible horrible services. I’ve had two bad experiences with them. 1) in winter, our heat suddenly stopped working at night. It was so bad. I called Harding and the technician was incredibly rude. He told us he was busy all night and when i explained how urgent it was he was rude and said “oh so you’re just gonna stay up all night right? You’re not gonna sleep? After 25 years of loyalty with Harding, we were recently somewhat frustrated with our experience with the company. We called and had to speak with 3 different people to get a simple service call. 3 days later a technician came to our home and told ua that our air conditioner was broken. It then took another 3 days for a sales person to speak with us regarding replacing the unit. The quote we received was comparable with other companies and we were satisfied with this price. I booked an appointment six months ago and was told the service team would follow up within a day. It’s now been six to seven months, and I still haven’t received any follow-up or call back. Additionally, I scheduled an inspection a year ago. Although a technician came and charged a service fee, the issue remains unresolved. I called again today, but as usual, no service calls are available. This lack of follow-up and unresolved service is very disappointing.
Bad experience, do not recommend. My furnace was leaking after 2 months of installation, installation was rushed. Was told the repair would be covered due to the recent installation. They sent a technician without informing me of base fees, etc. was charged and didn’t have a chance to look at other companies. Very hard to get a hold of the company. Do not recommend.
Dylan came to inspect our furnace. He identified the issue promptly and advised appropriate solutions for us. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We would highly recommend his services.
