Worst service ever I needed 4 batteries for my Yale pallet jack and they showed up with no supplies. The tech didn't even have grease in his gun for a maintenance service. I verbalised it to the receptionist to make sure he comes with batteries as this happened last time as well. My Bill was $3000.00 for a electric pallet jack fix and a fork lift oil change. Receptionist said $175.00Hr rate so 6hrs to do a oil change and swap batteries. I'm never going back
Worst customer service ever at their service department. Took my power jack there on a Monday. Didn't get looked at until the following Monday. Labor cost of $500 for diagnostic tests without any service done on it. Save yourself money and stress by staying away from there.
These guya are amazing! I've had numerous dealings with Harding over the years, and recommended them to many...everyone tells me the same thing, and they arebthankful for the recommendation. Keep up the great work you all.
