If I could give 0 I would. Staff is rude and lazy. Nurses are following blind sheep. Doctors act as if they learned their skills off the back of a generic first aid kit. I'd rather drive 2 hours to stay alive then chance it with this hospital.
Lezi Mari has no business being a doctor. She needs to be investigated. She released a patient with a life threatening medical issue. Due to lack of knowledge via "doctorS" the issue lasted way longer than it should and now having to see a specialist. Mind you she called them a liar before she did. I highly advise the patients if you are able to, ask what Dr is on duty before registration. This is the experience I witnessed. Yours may differ. I can’t say enough good things about my recent experiences at the ER. I was taken seriously, treated for the issue, and feeling better by the time I left. I felt cared for and heard about the issues I was having. I am thankful that I don’t dread going here. I am confident in their ability to treat their patients well and with respect.
Had to go in for chronic back pain 4/30/26and am waiting on a fusion surgery. Pain level 8. No questions by provider, just asked if I had a ride and I said I did, was literally told well we’ll get you dosed up. Came back with meds (oral) Norco and two steroid injections one in each arm. I asked why these couldn’t be given all through IV? Was told it should last longer and we don’t want you back in here in two hours and walked out . Hour goes by absolutely zero pain change. Please do not go to this ER. They are nothing but a waste of time and unwilling to listen or be any help. Leitchfield and Louisville are close enough to not give this place another chance (we tried tonight because of proximity but sincerely regret it).
