Very concerned with the lack of care & urgency for an EMERGENCY room. Patient is 83, has heart and blood pressure issues. Was brought to ER with blood pressure at 179!!! They took some images and put her back in waiting room for hours. Not being monitored! When the husband, after hours she wasn’t seen or monitored, expressed concerns the staff didn’t care, he asked about an ambulance to transport her to another location, the staff was unconcerned & unhelpful. The APRN in the emergency room named Tammy has no bedside manners whatsoever with her patients or the patients family . Talking to people like they are stupid and giving them a run around at the Emergency Room is rediculous. When you try to advocate for your daughter and she has been here 3 times in 1 week and nobody that has say on making her better won’t listen to you shouldn’t be in healthcare anymore .
