They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable. The reception and follow-up staff are also outstanding—very friendly, organized, and attentive to every detail to ensure the best possible experience. I had the most exceptional experience today at the Hardin Medical Clinic (the one on Hardin street) I arrived at approximately 3:45pm (on Thanksgiving Monday) the young lady at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart (regretfully, I didn't get her name) I had ZERO waiting time in the waiting room, I was brought straight into the examination room, where I had a less than 10 minute wait before Dr. Zakaria Fraitis came in to tend to me....he examined me, wrote a prescription for antibiotics and a dr's note for missing work...... read more

TRIED ARGUING ME OUT OF SEEKING TB TESTING. Gokng on threw weeks now and my friend has the same thibg. He got pennicillin. I got nothing. I found thatvalarming so Incalled Thickwood Medical and asked jf they do testi g. Yes she said I can book you right now what's your name? Sorry, we can't test certain skin types. My country denying me basic healthcare despjte .atching tb symltkms across the board. I may need pennicillin
