Went in with a broken nose. The doctor didn't do shit. He did a CT scan, told me it was broken, then sent me home. He didn't set it. He didn't give instructions how to treat it. Luckily my mother-in-law has had several broken noses in her time. She set my nose and gave me boneset. And she didn't cost me a dime!

After hours of consistent and painful foot/toe pain. I went to the ER hoping for a diagnosis and or pain relief. Dr Stern ordered an x-ray. He didn't seem to care about my pain and abruptly suggested I go see a podiatrist. When I asked if he could recommend one. He said no and told me they are not on call or ever seen there. I I felt defeated as Id hoped for some pain relief and a more definitive diagnosis. I just can't recommend this ER. The staff were kind and I appreciated that. I left trying not to cry.

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve never left a negative review before. This was the worst ER experience and one of the most unpleasant interactions with other humans I’ve ever had. The nurses were inconsiderate, and the doctor we saw was shockingly incompetent. It’s astonishing that they could treat a child as poorly as they did. They put me in a room and left me waiting for 4 hours with a urine sample, which they never came back to get. They never took ANY tests. They never asked me ANY questions. They randomly diagnosed me with adverse effects from amoxicillian. I haven't had any amoxicillian for almost a week, but they never asked. This place will just waste your time and do nothing, just hang around laughing until it's time to go home.
