Matt was dispatched by Allegro, through my insurance roadside assistance. He spent nearly an hour chipping away the thick ice around my car's tires in bitter cold, and shoveling parking area so it could get traction. THEN, he chipped away 3 inches of packed snow and ice from my windshield and car body.... THEN, he topped up the air in my tires that the ice had caused to lose pressure. I'm disabled, and truly believe he was heaven sent. ❤️
I had a flat tire, and Andy came within 30 minutes. He was so kind, friendly and professional. He changed the tire within a few minutes and we were on our way. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this company!
