This shop is the epitome of customer service and charm. We had a blow out on the interstate late in the afternoon the day before Thanksgiving. They were the only shop that had the size tire we needed. When we got there we were greeted by the nicest receptionist and they fit us in almost immediately even though they had a full house. Traveling throughout Iowa, I will say that it has been such a pleasure! This is such a clean, wholesome, kind state. The people, the businesses, the food, I love this state a lot. Hardin County Tire and Service was the cherry on top, they were so nice, the lady at the front desk had a genuine kind spirit, you can tell she is happy with her job. A cordial and professional service person named Shane replaced a tire for us roadside. It was such a blessing! The staff in the shop was great to work with. Jason helped me understand the best way to work with the tires I have until i can replace all six. Price was comparable with others in the area. Great experience start to finish.
