The worst experience of my life in the room where they sell car parts, the little employee, a dwarf with blue eyes and a beard, is very rude. The first day he tried to scam me. The second day he gave me the part that was not for my car and when I ordered the part it was not and then he treated me badly, he said that he could not order another part for my car, all because I am Latino. This place is very racist and everyone is very rude, even the manager and the person in charge of Hardin County Honda.
Quick, kind, and very affordable compared to body shops in Lexington. Well worth the drive to Elizabethtown.
First class service department, they treat you right, quick service, nice waiting area. Cliff is always helpful.
