Total crook and Pete is the rudest individual I have ever encountered in my life. Would give this business negative stars if possible.
Not just doing his job for the $$ - actually has a heart!! Pete was wonderful to work with considering the sad situation. He was very considerate to the family with condolences & worked with us as the family figured things out. Had to pay the outstanding impound fees, but considering he didnt charge anything after the death, I would say he is a very upstanding & caring person.
Was in the car business for 37 years he's the best I've ever seen
