I recently moved, and my appointment was just a consult to get established before having a colonoscopy in a year. Despite the lack of urgency, Dr. Hardik was ready and happy to respond to any questions or concerns I might have. He was friendly and a good listener which are great traits in a doctor. The office staff was much the same. And while I didn't need much time, I did not feel rush, and didn't see any others in the waiting room that were being rushed.
