I had a terrible experience with Hardick Springs, when my repair shop sent my Toyota Tacoma there for leaf spring repairs. They replaced the middle leaf on both sides and instead of using proper rebound clips they used steel skid strapping, which is completely inappropriate for this type of repair. The replaced don't match in size—one side is shorter than it should be and is now broken. This clearly shows a lack of expertise and attention to detail, posing a significant safety hazard.
