I made a sports physical appointment (which had to be done before Thursday 4 Nov, 2010) for my son for Wednesday 3 Nov, 2010 but when I arrived at Harder Family Practice I was told that I did not have an appointment. The receptionists apparently failed to schedule the appointment and did not even attempt to rectify the situation but rather sent a client of 3 years away due to their mistake. My family and I will NEVER use Harder Family Practice again, nor will we refer them to others. - Blaine Lippe
