Not good customer service at all, I will say Kennendy was excellent. Steven does not return phone calls and said Oh I see where you called yesterday the next day so why did you not return my call. I made it clear take the automatic withdrawal out of bank. He put automatic withdrawal from my account WITHOUT my permission. Never ever returns a call to you. I withdrew my car insurance and went with Geico. I am now searching to remove homeowners as soon as I can. By the way good luck when you call during hours it rings and rings... read more

Greed, inexcusable Incompetence, appalling customer service; I dont know which to put first. This outfit had me paying too much for insurance for the entirety of my policy only for me to find out the last month that they thought my truck had a salvage title, and made ME do the work to prove to them it was not. Even after proving to them that theyve been STEALING FROM ME they refuse to give me an honest quote for the remainder of my policy.  In less than one year they messed up their records with my rental and auto. Never submitted refunds after I moved until I caught their errors and had to explain to them the dates and their mistakes. They just kept writing new policies instead of cancelling old ones or transferring. Then they increased my auto policy over $200 because of the brand of my car. Then after I cancelled and made a final payment, they refunded me $35.10. Four months later they sent me to collection for $27 with no email, call or notification of any... read more

This company has caused so much personal chaos in my family's life. The way we found out that our auto policy had been cancelled without ANY written or verbal notice is after I was hit by another vehicle. When I filed a claim, I found out that we were uninsured due to non-payment, even though we received our insurance cards that stated we were insured for a full 6 months beyond this date. linda always /always gets back to me and is the best ive ever been insured by,any issues ,she follows through.other agents make you call and call to find out ,if yr fr19 is resolved as well as any other insurance question.she is extremely thorough..i like oceanside mainly becuase they are not to big and follow up.try the big ones and youlle come back.ive been with all of them.

Tim and his staff are a customer 1st agency. He puts your insurance needs that are suited best for the customer. His knowledge and understanding of insurance is priceless. If Tim’s agency is not in a class by itself …. ‘it sure won’t take long to take roll call. Tex !
