I’ve had car insurance for over 24yrs and this is the worst interaction with a company I have ever had. I started a policy in June with Auto Owners. Hardegree was the broker. I contacted my agent in July and asked if the billing date could be changed from the 1st to the 15th and was told no problem. First bill due 8/1 so I called my agent and questioned why the date had not changed. She states, “it doesn’t take affect to the next billing cycle”, mind you, she did not tell me this initially.
