They lie and then over charge you !!
This is a now 12 year ago service, but warranted nonetheless. Tony arrived on time, asked where he could park based on septic location, and proceeded to get to work. Not only did he clean the primary, but searched out the long ago covered second and informed me that it had probably never been cleaned. Once completed, he then offered a suggestion to place a concrete riser over the secondary for future access.
