Recent changes in the type of service and quality of the food mean that I will not return.
Ordered the biscuits n gravy and literally got two pieces of sausage in the entire thing
The last several times I've gotten breakfast from the Centralia location all my biscuits were hard as rocks and finally got an order replaced and again - hard as rocks. It's really sad cause they used to have the best breakfast in town and now I don't recommend them at all. Go to Golden Pancake next door instead.
I used to not step foot in there due to poor food quality and poor service. But about a year ago changes were made and the food quality became awesome and current crew is awesome. Especially the younger thin girl that is there daily!
Hardees food is all right, but I have the worst time getting served there. I would have to say that they are the slowest at preparing your order, Im ALWAYS having to wait and Its the only place that I have trouble with them getting my order right. One time, I had to go through and additional 2 times to get my order right, but that was at Centralias location and it was only one occasion.
Overpriced as are all Hardees but this one is VERY slow and usually the employees are standing around talking and take their time coming over to wait on you. I never go to this Hardees anymore.
