Hidden Treasure Very Nice place to eat, It has a Great atmosphere and the people are all friendly. Plus, it has a BP gas station and quick mart.;
Finally, A Place With Taste!!! This Hardees was closed for a while, but now that they are re-opened, wow, what a difference! TASTY burgers and a Chicken Fillet that is the best! Hands down, better tasting food than McDs and a better, juicier, tastier chicken than C-fil-A. I would suggest... going in to eat as their drive thru is horribly slow and of course their hot ham and cheese are forever cold in the middle. Their fountain pop (Mr. Pibb) taste horrible as if not enough syrup, this has been brought to their attention twice yet they still haven't addressed the issue.
That's some expensive cheese I ordered a couple smoked sausage bisquits and asked to add cheese to them. SIXTY CENTS for a slice of cheese (note it is about 1/2 a slice of american cheese bought in bulk) is a bit extreme, don't you think? Won't be doing that again. Otherwise, this is a good store with decent employees.
Wrong Every single time I go to this Hardees I get the wrong order. Always get a diet drink instead of a dr. pepper, this morning I got a chicken biscuit when I ordered a sausage biscuit. I will not be going back. It is frustrating when you are in a hurry to get to work and you constantly have to go inside to get the right order. Please hire some people that can get the orders right.
Delicious and clean! This hardee's restaurant is a great place to receive delicious fast food. One unique aspect of this place is that during the mornings, you can find local individuals drinking coffee and discussing the town, farming and other items. You can recieve a unique perspective of St. Charles by just visiting this local Hardees. The food has been always fresh and fits is like any other Hardees you might have tried. Not like a normal fast food place The food is pretty good, but the prices are high for a fast food place. The price I paid I could have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten a meal that was alot better for me. PROS: fast service CONS: high prices
where's my stuff? like the others this hardees will only give you salt napkins straws,etc if you ask and even then you best check your bag before driving off..
Could you PLEASE get a manager to run this place? Ok, I admit that I enjoy Thickburgers...and I enjoy them even more for 1/2 price with the Entertainment book. The problem is this store is terribly run. On one visit, it took 16 minutes to receive my order of 2 thickburgers...and it wasn't even busy. I emailed Hardess and they, to their credit, sent me coupons for 2 free Thickburgers along with an apology for the poor service. Well, I returned a couple weeks later to give this place a 2nd chance.
