All I wanted was a Charbroiled Chicken Club low carb style.....repeated the order 2times to the speaker, another 2 times at the window when paying.....I was given the fried chicken.....I didnt have time to go in and ask for what I ordered AGAIN. This is not the first time orders have been screwed up here, and I have not had any problems at any other locations. I just really didnt want fried chicken. Im sad and REALLY miss Carl's Jr.
For the last two times they have been so slow with cold food!!! Do better please!!!
They were sweet taking our order. we grab bed drinks and most were out. NO STRAWS! HE showed his true colors that day. our food was being served fast. after they walked away you could tell my chicken was over done. I couldn't eat it at all. the cookie was a lil too moist. the drinks were scares and no straws
drinks were watery. the Powerade was the only thing palatable. I got the hotdog meal......fries were balnd. I ate 90% of the food. best i can say, i didnt bite into anything hard while eating the hotdog... so that's a plus.
