This is the worst service ever. Stood in line for over five minutes and every employee walked right pass me and didn't have the audacity to say good morning or anything. "How Rude". I am a truck driver with several friends that take this route every other day, and I will not refer any of them to go here until they get it together. Having okay food isn't anything without customer service.
Horrible. Service slow. No tea made. Burnt chicken tenders. Messed up order, had to remake. Fries stale. Entered order wrong and then agrued about it. Failed to give drink cups, literally had to get them ourselves. Based on your reviews on google, maybe you should consider a change of staff or train them on proper customer service. A robot would be better.
Biscuits are usually great... this day a little under cooked... and the drive thru is ALWAYS soooooo slow! Just a little more paracticw on speeding things up and you will be great!! Morning breakfast needs to be speedy for people getting to work!
The Hardee's on 321in Hickory , NC is my regular place for breakfast during the week. The food and service is always good. The morning manager is a very sweet , cute , Strawberry blonde !
Just got a burger and both tomato pieces had the core from the top still on them. Wish I could post the picture of these nasty things. I generally love hardees burgers but I can't see anyone who would want this on their food
