This was my first & most likely last time in this restaurant. At least at this location. When I walked in I didn't see any employees & stood at the counter at least 3-4 minutes before anyone realized I was even there. There were 3 people over by the dry area & one lady was on her cell phone talking about putting new tires on her car. The same lady is the one that finally helped me & acted like I was a burden for coming in to order. How is this a double loaded omelet biscuit? Drive thru guy was very rude taking my order too..........
The poor service. It took 20 minutes to get our chicken tenders, while people around us, who came in well after us, got their chicken tenders, burgers, fries, etc. When I asked the shift supervisor or manager (not sure which he was) he said "it takes time...3.5 minutes to cook, and 2 minutes of prep or serving time". So I said, well its been about 20 minutes. He just looked at me, and said nothing. I should have asked for my money back and left.
