October we wrote a check to hold a lot in North Myrtle Beach. Met with Mr Prince December to finalize plans. He was to call us & begin clearing the lot January. No call. We phone & message multiple times, I don’t know 3 or 4...... no return call! He NEVER CALLED US BACK! DID NOT CASH, BUT DID NOT RETURN CHECK.
