Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I told. Service desk girl I towed a heavy Rv and to be sure the service tech would get right air pressures in the tires. For the second time I have been there tires were rotated. But service tech did not bother to do a simple thing like putting proper air pressure in the tires. Wow ! This is the second time. I won’t go into what happened the last time which was last yr what went on .. to bad there is not another ford dealership here …..
Oil change and phone update, all went well and fast.
