We have adopted two dogs from Hardee Animal Clinic. Since there adoption they are doing fine and loving pets my wife and I enjoy so much. Just recently I had our two dogs in to have their teeth cleaned and have any extractions done. Let me tell you that Dr. Lovett is one of the most fantastic, experienced vets that you can take your pet to. Took my little girl Bella to spayed and micro chipped.. The staff was great and she is recovering beautiful.. Thank you soo much for taking care of my Bella Definitely go again for everything.. Anyone who has anything bad to say maybe realize they care for a lot of animals daily with a small staff...
I will give the Vet 5 stars. I will give the office manager 0 The office manager is the rudest, most condescending, nastiest person I have ever met. We have been there a number of times and I have even spoken to the Vet himself as to how nasty that woman is! She is abusive to PAYING CUSTOMERS, how can I trust her with my dog? I am sure this clinic is very busy, but most Animal clinics are, however, I don’t feel this is an excuse for whoever is answering the phone to be curt or uncaring. These are our babies and we worry about them. Kindness goes a long way. With that said, the medical staff was great and the woman who brought our baby to us was very kind. Phone etiquette could stand some improving.
