Great gym, did the hardcore hustle class really enjoyed it. From the name of the place I was a little bit intimidated, but Bear is very welcoming to new people and the workout is something that can be done at almost any fitness level: you can make it as introductory or as hard as you want based on the level of effort you put in. Awesome place.!

I sent my son to Bear for personal training after having knee surgery (Dr. Smith @ OrthoCarolina was his surgeon). He’s released without restriction today, earlier than expected. This would not have happened without the programming & training @ Hardcore. 5/5 definitely recommend!!
