Best workout! Shaun is so nice, patient and really knows his stuff!
I had so much fun and had an amazing workout here. I’ve been wanting to get back into kickboxing for awhile. The kind where you actually kick and punch bags And not shadowbox. The workout is intense, but you can go at your own pace. The music is really great and they even have a DJ some days. Shawn is always there to help correct your stance if needed. Overall great gym and instructor, I will be coming back!
Shaun is an owner that genuinely cares about his gym, and his patrons. The classes are 10/10 (I burned close to 900 calories per class), but for those who need it there are always modifications you can make to your fitness level. The facilities are always clean, and the music is great- they even have a live DJ come in on certain days. Highly recommend this place.
This kickboxing class is welcoming of all levels. When you want to get in shape and also incorporate self-defense moves, this is the place to come. This is an intense and invigorating class, and you will leave with skills under your belt.
