First session this morning was great; Ricky led the ship strongly this morning. Enjoyed the community driven atmosphere. It’s good to be around like minded individuals that show up and do the work. Looking forward to the next one.
I went in really nervous. This is WAY out of my comfort zone. But once we got started Diego made me feel very comfortable and even another client was very motivating and kept pushing me. It was awesome and i can't wait to continue this Littles journey i started.
Coach Ricky was amazing with it being my first day. He help checking on me helping me my formation with every exercise. Coach made me feel welcomed. I will say the next day after I feeling the work I put in. I’m ready for this new journey.
My experience at Hardcore Fitness so far has exceeded my expectations! At first I was nervous bc I hadn’t lifted weights in over 5 years. Hardcore Fitness really sets you up for success as the stations are already set up for you the moment you walk in. I love that they work on different body parts every day of the week, & they rotate it weekly for those who can only go certain days out of the week.
