I joined about a month ago and I am loving the results. The coaches are really good at keeping everyone motivated and making sure we have the right form when performing the exercises.They gave me my meal plan which has been very helpful and I already lost 1lbs of fat and gained 0.7lbs of muscle so I’m loving the results so far and is only been a month. “Easy work”, right?!
Best group fitness gym I’ve ever been part of. The trainers are awesome and they actually train you, not just walk around yelling over a mic. The motivation platform, unlimited & FREE in-body scans plus the meal prep/nutrition assistance included in the membership are of amazing value!
I love that the workouts are all planned out and the coaches motivate you to put your best effort. The staff is very encouraging and their energy is amazing! When I met Rick and Sarah, I knew this was the gym for me. They took the time to get to know me and my goals and helped me by creating a meal plan that has helped me so much! The owners, the coaches Ricky, Diego and Daniel and the environment overall motivates me to stay consistent. I feel stronger and more confident and its only the start!

I've been a member for almost a month and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I have been looking for a gym that opens as early as 5am, has boxing and i love the variety of classes with an instructor every hour that will be assist you and check if you're doing the exercises correctly.
