I was visiting family and had the opportunity to join Hardcore Fitness El Cajon with my wife, and it was an amazing experience. The classes were excellent, with high energy and great coaching. Great Gym. Great management. Great trainers. Great community. From Day 1 workouts are tough, trainers are friendly, engaging & encouraging. Whatever is motivating you, they are there to offer their professional perspective to help you hit your goals. I love this place. Highly recommend this gym in El Cajon. All the trainers are dope & you leave every workout feeling like a superhero!
Please add more women’s self defense class I loved that class so much I learned a lot and want to take it again
