Ken was extremely thorough in chasing down a problem I was having after some modifications I made to the vehicle -- leaving no stone unturned. 100%RECOMENDED MY VW JETTA GLI WAS A LOT OF PROBLEMS TOO MANY OIL LIQUING AND A LOT OF SENSORS NOT WORKING THIS GUY FIXED AND MAKE A CARBON CLEANING OF MY INTAKE VALVES AND MY CAR IS NOW LIKE A NEW AGAIN THANK YOU HARDCORE EURO
