Filed a request to refund my order, over 2 weeks since I placed the order and no shipping information is privided. I got an email response when I contacted initially 3 days after the order was placed for shipping details, they said they had unexpected delays. no responses since and answers to phone calls. Worried I'm out the $223. I'm a weekend mods guy doing this stuff at my house, not a shop that could absorb a loss, this is completely unacceptable. If you dont want to lose your money do not order online from here!
wish I could select 0 stars. took 2 days to get an order number. after a week of no tracking information I emailed asking for an update, I got a response after 2 more days that they had unexpected delays and they would get shipping information later that week. its now been over 2 weeks and nobody answers emails or calls. I'm out $222 with no information. completely unprofessional. I recommend going to a bigger more standardized company for parts. I ordered parts from others at the time and had them arrive 4 days later.
Horrible customer service. Shipping can take up to months while their add suggest fast shipping. They do NOT respond to email inquiries at all. Shop somewhere else.
ordered parts online, paid online, 2 days later, no confirmation by seller, called and was told I would get an update..... right, got ignored. filled a return dispute since there was nothing shipped.
Extremely dishonest about inventory. Do not return emails. Do not recommend at all.
