So, the 2 stars are for the overall experience with this company. Troy, the owner of the company, impressed us with his presentation and showing us what was to be done. After that, all downhill. We came to an agreement and Troy said he’d be out and it would most likely take 2 days. The next thing I know is a gentleman by the name of Kong came out to start the job.
