This is a no frills, old school gym... we have two or three machines per body part and thousands of pounds of free weights, Dumbbells up to 150. It’s not pretty or shiny but it works. I’m from out of town and although i’m on vacation i do like to get a lift in whenever i can. Prior to coming to the gym i looked up multiple gyms in the area and thought this would be the best option. And for the most part it was. It had a great atmosphere, good equipment, and had that very cool old school lifting garage feel to it which i very much like. I heard kevin mckay works out there , so I love it.
It's a great gym, but some of the older men turn the radio up super loud to the point you can't talk to anyone or hear your own music. Will be looking at potentially getting a different membership somewhere else. Mark also goes into the female restroom without knocking, which is super inappropriate.
