I vacationed for a week. The owner met me at the gym and for a small fee, I received a digital card to access the gym. The gym was never crowded and had decent AC. I am a weightlifter, so the old school gym was perfect. The owner was very nice, and I would highly recommend. Thank you, Dave.

As someone who works in gym operations myself, I always appreciate an old-school vibe but this place really missed the mark on cleanliness. The mirrors were dirty, floors needed serious attention, and the gym didn’t feel cared for. The equipment is older, which is totally fine when it’s maintained, thankfully, most of what I used functioned properly, though a few dumbbells were loose. I’m from out of town and although i’m on vacation i do like to get a lift in whenever i can. Prior to coming to the gym i looked up multiple gyms in the area and thought this would be the best option. And for the most part it was. It had a great atmosphere, good equipment, and had that very cool old school lifting garage feel to it which i very much like.
